Sets on the website are for Standard Sizing Only. Refer to the sizing chart for size guide. 

Processing time starts for ALL ORDERS the following business day after placing an order. *Not including holidays and weekends.  Example: Orders placed on a Friday will not start processing until Monday. *Not including holidays and weekends.

After processing orders will be sent out on the next available shipping date.

Placing an order with Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping will not expedite your nails - our processing time still stands! We cannot guarantee ANY shipping times.

We are not responsible for any late deliveries or packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged; once your order is shipped. Please ensure that you give the correct shipping address to prevent delivery issues. If any issues occur with your package please contact USPS. If your package is returned to us because of an address issue, please contact USPS to arrange delivery to the correct address. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice with a reshipment fee for your package. You will not receive a refund for a package that is returned to us.

Due to the nature of our product; ALL sales are FINAL (except in the case of products delivered in a defective state. If you receive a defective product you must email us at support@urbnailz.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and include an image of the defective product).

Please measure your own nails bed sizes correctly and double check all purchases and measurements before checking out. Sizing kits are available to ensure the most accurate fit if you are unsure on your measurements. We will not be held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Please note that colors may differ from the actual product due to lighting.  Design and rhinestone placement/ quantity may vary if different style is selected other than modeled picture. 

Due to all products being handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishment such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc...

Refunds will only be permitted if the mistake is from our side and we would take responsibility and make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We can only cancel orders within the first 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please send an email with your name and order # to support@urbnailz.com.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Please view our shipping policy for processing and shipping times!

Q: How long will these press-ons last

A: Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, with nail glue a set can last 1-3 weeks or more all depending on how well you prep your nails

If you are looking to wear your nails for a specific occasion or short period of time you can use the nail tabs which can last you a few hours or a few days.

Q: Are these safe for my natural nails?

A: Yes these are much better for your nails than acrylics, great for taking a break from the salon. 

We are not responsible for any damage caused to your natural nails.

Q: Are the nails reusable? 

A: Yes, all sets are multi-wear when worn & removed properly. To remove use really warm water, dawn dish soap & use olive oil or any type of cuticle oil. Soak for about 15-20 mins. You may have to soak a couple of times usually no more than 2x. Use your cuticle stick to help pop them off. They should come off without damaging your natural nail & u can reuse the nails. 

Q: Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

A: We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. 

But due to the nature of our product; all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered In defective or damaged state. If so email support@urbnailz.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and include an image of the defective or damaged product).
