Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product; ALL sales are FINAL (except in the case of products delivered in a defective state. If you receive a defective product you must email us at support@urbnailz.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and include an image of the defective product).

We are not responsible for any late deliveries or packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged; once your order is shipped. Please ensure that you give the correct shipping address to prevent delivery issues. If any issues occur with your package please contact USPS. If your package is returned to us because of an address issue, please contact USPS to arrange delivery to the correct address. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice with a reshipment fee for your package. You will not receive a refund for a package that is returned to us.

Please measure your own nails bed sizes correctly and double check all purchases and measurements before checking out. Sizing kits are available to ensure the most accurate fit if you are unsure on your measurements. We will not be held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Please note that colors may differ from the actual product due to lighting.  Design and rhinestone placement/ quantity may vary if different style is selected other than modeled picture. 

Due to all products being handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishment such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc...

Refunds will only be permitted if the mistake is from our side and we would take responsibility and make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We can only cancel orders within the first 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please send an email with your name and order # to support@urbnailz.com.
